Volunteer
We could not exist without the dedicated support of our volunteers! Volunteers receive training sessions covering barn safety, horse safety, mounting and dismounting assistance procedures, horse handling techniques, and incident prevention. All Volunteers are background checked. Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Minors age 13 – 16 who would like to volunteer must bring an adult volunteer/mentor who is willing to be trained and word side by side with them.

Junior Leaders – Barn Crew
The Barn Crew is a progressive program that will help our young Barn Crew excel as youth leaders. The organization of the stepping stones that youth will walk as they progress in their skills and leadership development are measurable and consistent. They will work with Christian mentors, and receive feedback and coaching along the way. Aspiring Barn Crew, will develop goals they can look forward to working towards each year.
During the summer programs Barn Crew assist in the daily barn work, ground and riding lessons and trail rides. Some local Barn Crew members may be asked to assist year round in the barn. We are commitment to the national best standards and practices for youth leadership and horse programs.
