We can’t wait to host you and your group at Wesley Woods! Listed below are our base costs per guests for rentals at Camp Wesley Woods. The price covers secondary group insurance, staffing and maintenance. Upon receiving your reservation form, our Guest Experience Manager will contact you to discuss availability.

Day Rate for Guests only coming for the day and not entire retreat – $25 per person + Meals
We require a minimum of 15 people to reserve a retreat date. Food Service is available for groups of 25 or more. Groups less then 100 may be paired with another similar sized group to share a weekend.
We require a minimum of 200 people in your group in order to reserve the camp with no other groups.
Peak season (June-August) cabin rental rates are charged at full capacity for each sleeping building. Off season cabin rentals are charged per person with a minimum per building at 1/2 capacity.
For all overnight stays we require 25% of estimated bill, with a minimum of $250 and a maximum of $1,000.
Please make checks payable to WESLEY WOODS CAMP AND RETREAT CENTER. Credit cards are accepted with an added 4% Processing Fee.
All Rental Groups must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance of $1 Million of coverage and listing Wesley Woods Camp and Retreat Center as an additionally insured party and provide the documentation of coverage as part of the booking process. Event insurance can easily be purchased online, we recommend The Event Helper
Wesley Woods Camp and Retreat Center is a non-profit ministry which strives to provide a quality experience for all who visit us. Cancellations create difficulties for our preparation and scheduling and other groups may not have been able to come because of an already filled reservation. When a cancellation occurs, we may not have the opportunity to fill the vacant facilities because of a shortage of time. For these reasons, Wesley Woods has implemented the following Cancellation Policy:
91-120 days in advance, the entire security deposit will be returned.
61-90 days in advance, the group must pay 20% of the estimated total bill.
15-60 days in advance, the group must pay 30% of the estimated total bill.
7-14 days in advance, the group must pay 40% of the estimated total bill.
Less than 7 days in advance, the group must pay 50% of the estimated total bill.
