Here’s the deal. It’s SIMPLE!

This summer, refer a friend for overnight camp at Wesley Woods and both YOU and YOUR FRIEND get $100 toward your camper registration fees!

  • Through your Camper Login Account, list the name of your NEW friend(s) that you are referring in the Camper Profile Sheet in the Forms section.
  • Once your friend has attended summer camp, your $100 incentive for referring them will be applied to your account. If your account is paid in full, you will be refunded $100. Same goes for your new friend that you invited to camp!

*You may also opt to donate your $100 to the Wesley Woods Campership program.

Some Guidelines:

  • There’s NO LIMIT to how many friends you can refer (ex. Refer 6 overnight campers and Earn a FREE Week of Summer Camp.
  • Referrals must be NEW to Iowa United Methodist Camping and can not be siblings or immediate family members. A new camper is anyone that has not attended an Iowa UM Camp (Wesley Woods or Lake Okoboji UM Camps) in the past 3 years.
  • Referral credits and discounts are only applied to week-long overnight camps and will be applied to the full cost of camp. This promotion excludes Exceptional Person Camps, Day Camp, and Family Programs. 
  • Discounts and credits do not hold any actual cash value.

Host a Camp Wesley Woods Pop-up Party in your home or in your hometown. It allows for a relaxed conversation as the Camp Wesley Woods team gets to know you and your campers. We love talking about camp and sharing what makes Camp Wesley Woods so special.

So invite us over… we are excited to spend time with you and all of the potential new Camp Wesley Woods families that you know. There is no better way for us to prepare new campers and families for camp than spending this kind of time together.

As a host, you will get referral refunds for anyone who attends your event and signs up for camp and V-I-P status at your camper’s check-in (special parking, skip the check-in line). Your camper will also get some special Camp Ambassador swag. Becoming a V-I-P is a win-win all around!
